Shipping policy

REFUNDS ARE NOT issued in the event that a customer does not receive his/her package. It is the customer's duty to contact us if they have not received their package after 21 days, we will open an investigation and advise accordingly. If the package is returned, the customer will be contacted and the package resent.

If your package is lost or stolen after being delivered to the post office or your home we will not be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the post office. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, If your package is damaged, you will receive a replacement of products based on eligibility.

If you are making an international order please note we use Jamaica Post. Once a package leaves Jamaica to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it (Free Shipping customers)the system is updated once the package is delivered. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items.

Domestic Shipping

Your order will be completed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days after the order has been placed.

Orders will be sent to the buyer’s requested Knutsford location or Post Office via Zip Mail. In-person delivery is available in Kingston, Saint Catherine, and Saint Andrew unless otherwise specified.

Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistance in locating your product(s).

Large items are packaged in sturdy boxes and small items are packaged in padded envelopes.

International Shipping

Orders are shipped 2-3 days after the order is received. Economy International shipping usually takes between 7-21 business days sometimes longer depending on country and customs.

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING CUSTOMERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A REGISTERED RR NUMBER BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK IT ONLINE. THESE CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR CONTACT US TO GET INFORMATION ON THEIR PACKAGE. EXPRESS OR PAID SHIPPING CUSTOMERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK ONLINE ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED. IF CUSTOMS REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL FEE IT MUST BE PAID BY THE PURCHASER.
